ABOUT ME

I'm Lottie; digital marketing consultant, freelance vegan chef and I am about to start my own sustainable adventure travel company.

What makes me happy? Wild places, good food, my dog.

​

I grew up on the south coast of England, trained as a teacher at Oxford University and for the last few years have managed a mountain retreat in the Austrian Alps. 

​

In between those things I have fulfilled my desire to travel to remote and wild places. In 2018 I quit my job and spent two years riding my motorbike through wildernesses of Central Asia. On my return from Asia, I settled in Austria, where I got rid of the motorbike and committed to to a more sustainable, intentional way of life. Vegan food, travel by bicycle and investing time in my community.

I am interested in using marketing as a tool for change. I love supporting new independent businesses, small ethical and sustainable companies and charitable campaigns.
